Onsite Installation, Training and Consulting
ACSI provides an experienced staff to install your new software, and convert existing data, if needed. After the product is installed, our training and consulting staff works with your business to develop procedures, train on day-to-day operations of the software, data management and evaluate the ongoing use of your software.
In addition to Certifications in both the Macola Progression Accounting and Distribution modules, ACSI is Certified to install and implement the Macola Progression SQL product line. This certification also positions ACSI to implement future Exact/Macola products that are based on the Microsoft SQL database.
Technical Phone Support
As training on a new or upgraded computer system progresses and new users more fully utilize the system, questions will arise. ACSI provides qualified professionals to answer questions quickly and accurately. By maintaining client histories and files regarding the installation, as well as an automated support log tracking system, ACSI staff have both the expertise and data available to provide excellent telephone support.
Custom Programming & Modifications
On many occasions, off the shelf software packages do not completely meet the needs of our clients. As a result, custom software is often discussed as an option to enhance packaged software. Custom software is designed to meet the specific requirements of each client, and can be as extensive or simple as needed. ACSI has been involved in complete custom software design and implementation, custom integration of software products from different manufacturers, custom applications designed to integrate with off the shelf products, and modifications to off the shelf products.
